So Nick is having a birthday party, Mario is moving back to Colombia, Ian is upset that Nick told Andrew he cheated on him, Brandon could want to be the manager at Nick’s restaurant, Rachel was planning a surrogate baby with Nick,  Dustin was kicked out of the house after the breakup, José only seems to like white boys (but recently has dated Latinos) and Andrew is in real estate and in the presence of an ex. Top Moments of “MÆRY QUEENS : The Web Series”

Nick is hosting his 35th birthday party in Long Beach, CA with some of his most beloved friends. But not everyone is out for Nick’s best interest, it seems. A threatening message demanding that he put his house up for sale or they’ll kill his kitty cat Hotto and possibly the guests at the party leaves the group shaken and blamin’ as everyone gets an unexpected surprise.

Pointing figures and deciphering the mystery, let’s take a look at some of the best moments that shaped this season into the drama-fest mystery and find out some exclusive behind the scenes juicy info on MÆRY QUEENS : The Web Series (Season 1)

1. The Pilot

Episode 1 “Birthday Queen”

In the pilot, Nick is excited to have his diverse gay pals (plus one thirsty faghag) at his birthday celebration, even though one of his best friends Mario is looking to move back to Columbia. When he opens a box with a film noir-esque magazine cut message inside, he finds out that someone wants him to move far away and will do anything it takes whether it means hurting his only pet, or someone at the party.

Most of the ensemble cast is featured here. Ali Cesur, Daniel Donnie Flores, Alex Correa, Felix Aispuro, Kyle Mosonyi, Ashley Hernandez and Allan Carter. Where is Anthony Moore and Fernando Gonzalez?!

2. The Silver Fox

Episode 3 “Racist Queen”

Not only is this the location of where the show premiered webisodes 1-4 in April 2016, but was also the place used as a flashback scene location for episode 3 and again later in episode 8 “Gossip Queen”.

In these scenes, we learn that they gang used to smoke outside the bar and then that Ian was making out with a stranger while dating Andrew. Could either one be seeking revenge against Nick?

It was fun setting up the two lights we had and hearing people get excited as they drove past watching us on our production. When we hosted the red carpet event here, the show gained more of a following and now marks the spot as one of our official ‘MQ’ landmarks.

3. Closer to Midnight

As each episode progresses, a new hour has occurred until the last episode hits midnight and everything must be in place for the tricky kidnapper to be satisfied. In episode 10, “Family Queen”, Mario talks to his father about his trip to Columbia when he finds out when or if his other friends have come out to their parents. Finding family around is important, but then who would want to hurt the group?

Colombian director Henry Corzo of Corzo Productions has created a quirky over-the-top LGBTQ mystery based in Long Beach, California and not only does it have mouth-watering juicy drama, but also touches on important issues for any sexual orientation with a group of pals. Trippy Tran Films cinematographer and singer/rapper Trippy T, also known as Anthony ‘Rory’ Tran, guest stars and is the Director of Photography. Corzo Productions is bringing a lot to the LB community, even with its risqué themes at times.

Tran also wanting to give back to the community in his new hometown in Long Beach, CA as he did when living in Cincinnati, Ohio, there was no doubt that the collaboration with a “non-West Hollywood” vibe and a more of an “LB” LGBTQ color would have the group making a stand-out comedic and mysterious web series.

The season finale gets a little steamy! Find out on Mæry Queens! Season finale red carpet premiere December 10th @ Paradise in Long Beach, CA.

Are you a person on the go with the holiday rush? Each episode is only 5-7 minutes long and with a total of 12 episodes this season, you can watch the whole mystery dramedy in a little over an hour if you wish- or simply per webisode.

Premiering December 10th, after a full season of drama you can watch the last 2 episodes of this gay webseries and find out who really kidnapped Hotto. Digimon Adventure Tri (Chapter 1: Reunion) – English Dub Review

In 1999, the world was introduced to a digital journey unlike any other in the colorful anime Digimon: Digital Monsters. For the 15 year anniversary, the creators announced a long awaited sequel to Season 2 with the new Digimon Adventure Tri as a 6 part movie series releasing around every 5 months for the next chapter, and last November in Japan, Chapter 1: Reunion premiered in theaters. Audiences across the globe could watch it online if you were unable to make it to Japan, but the viewing was limited to your own TV monitors and sound systems for North America –until now. Canada and the the U.S. have premiered an English dub for limited theater showings. View the screening list here.

This past summer, after Chapter 2: Determination premiered in March in Japan, it was announced that U.S. and Canada would be getting an English dub with a lot of voice actors from the original U.S. dub from 17 years ago! With most theaters screening only one showing, it definitely became a rare opportunity to see this adventure on the big screen.

Watch My Real Life In L.A. Journey to Tri

Digidestined as I may be, I researched the theaters earlier this week and found that Harkins Theatres 16 in Cerritos, CA had multiple showings, more than most theaters – and it just happened to be a a quick ride from my work to see it. I may have missed the premier event, but I got to experience Tri in all its glory on the big screen. This is also the first time, I’ve seen a Digimon movie in theaters as I didn’t become a fan until mid-Season 3 (Tamers) which is an amazing season I might add) when the season 1 and 2 movie premiered before then with Digimon: The Movie and the seasons following being also very unique and imaginative.

Before I give you my review of the Dub, I just want to say to all you Pokémon fans playing Pokémon Go all summer that if you don’t know anything about Digimon and choose to be indifferent and stuck in the other “Mon” mindset: You are missing out on a colorful (and at times) very dark and imaginative experience. Pokémon is all about natural life and Digimon revolves around our digital Era and what can evolve within anything in a digital capacity including the internet. If you’re using something digital in any form right now, give this show and these movies a chance.

Digimon has inspired and moved me in several ways since I was 14 years old. I have even implemented sound ideas into our debut feature Obliquity: Imagery of the Unknown in regards to a colorful and eerie visual story-telling journey.

Here’s my review:

Digimon are back again! With 6 seasons and the new Digimon Universe show that just premiered in Japan, there’s no doubt that this series is making its comeback. When the opening song, which is like a mix between the Digi-Rap and some sort of trippy electronic trance jam, it was clear that this was going to be a whole different journey. I watched the sub in Japan, but to experience it in full screen clarity gave it a whole new depth and I honestly forgot about a lot that has happened in this chapter. That being said, the big screen was an awesome experience and the English dub was pretty spot on to bring all those nostalgic feelings to a DigiSurface.

Now if you don’t know the story, without any major spoilers, Digimon Adventure Tri takes place around 3 years after the apocalyptic battle with MaloMyotismon and the unity of the Digi-Destined on Earth after season 2. The ones called upon again are the main 8 chosen children (with nods to the 4 in season 2 who have somehow disappeared.) There is a new character also that becomes implemented named Meiko.

Wild Digimon are entering a world and we learn there’s an infection going around. Digimon are emerging out of created ‘distortions’ to enter our world and boy do they do damage to the city! Before you know it, civilians and reporters are blaming all Digimon, even good ones, as the Digi-Destined try to save our planet from this impeccable new threat. Watch exclusive new clips!

What made this movie such a fun ride for me was the explanation of the new goggles, the fact that Digimon can travel through monitors now, and the switch between Matt and Tai’s view on saving the world was pretty thought-provoking. We also get some unique new evolution sequences (Angemon being the best on the big screen – the light beam made me all tingly) plus, some pretty intense battle sequences. This is not to be missed on a big screen.

What didn’t work for me was the way the infected Digimon distorted – or regrouped – as the graphics seemed too blocky at times, even though it emphasizes that they are digital makeup. After a second viewing in theaters, I was more forgiving.

Harkins Theatres 16 also gave out two items, a Tai and Agumon signed cut out saying “To our U.S. DigiDestined I hope you enjoyed the new adventure!” and a rare English Digimon Adventure Tri poster with synopsis on the back and images from the movie.

Buy the posters here (quanities limited):

Digimon Adventure Tri U.S. poster – http://www.ebay.com/itm/222273868942

Tai and Agumon signed card – http://www.ebay.com/itm/222273874419

I must say, I hope they release this movie soon to Blu-ray. The mystery behind Hackman, “The One”, and the end leave a lot to be desired. Now with Digimon Adventure Tri – Chapter 3: Confession and the announcement of Chapter 4: Loss for a February release in Japan, one may hope for these movies to continue to have English dubs. Let’s show our support for one of the greatest franchises of all time Digimon: Digital Monsters!

The dramedy adventure My Vacation In Cincinnati rocked the city as it promoted it, made fun of it, and redeemed itself – all with a fun little twist and shout. Flash forward to February where 7 episodes were released for a new spin-off docu mini-series sequel-esque adventure now in Los Angeles with the director himself of the original film having fun in the sun with Alicia (who made a cameo in COEXIST) and PALS Key Grip named by Zachary Gordon himself: Legend. The episodes had so many fun moments west coast-style, that we had to do a top 10 favorite moment countdown with hosts Ashley Hernandez  (aka Ash Nicole from the Long Beach gay web series Mæry Queens) and V/O promo man from season 1 Charlie Harris (Screams Queens).

Tying in all the short films, actors from the film and the director Anthony Tran discuss making the film project in so little time and incorporating all the questions one may have about Trippy Tran Films.

Interview with the Cast and Crew of Duality

In 2008, the first DVD collection from us was sold in bookstores and distributed online and to the community. This was the first interview made with the cast and crew that went on to making some of the most unique short films with that Trippy style. MTV’s Scream – Season 2 (Screamson 2) Finale Airs Tuesday

Screamson 2 is about to end, but you still have time to watch all 11 episodes leading to the season 2 finale of this dark teen slasher drama mystery that is Scream, or as many refer to it as MTV SCREAM or more officially Scream: The TV Series. The conclusion to this wickedly eerie chapter airs this Tuesday, August 16 at 10PM. So many questions are becoming answered, but we’re also left with so many still wide open. Like last year in our MTV’s Scream – Season 1 Finale (Screamson 1), we’re going to talk about our thoughts on the new and current story, characters and the potential killer(s)/accomplice(s).

Contains Spoilers:

Last year, we wrote out all our perspectives of the characters the show had given us right before the finale. This time, the story has gotten deeper with certain situations as well as introducing many new ones. What’s Eli and Aunt Tina hiding? Who burnt the house down that Emma was in with Eli? Why are Audrey’s letters in Kieran’s house? Why did Zoe have to die after Noah was stalked for the first time? Is Gustavo making the deaths in his comic book or is he really just a twisted artist from living with a Sheriff as a father?

Let’s review our killer characters:
