New Seal Beach Long Beach 2 Episode of ‘My Vacation In LA’ Is “The Best One Yet” According To Audiences

Happy first official day of summer and you best believe it just got even hotter with the new beach-themed adventure of My Vacation In LA season 2 as the fairweather friends dive into a bright new adventure that has been acclaimed by fans and viewers as “the best episode yet” from this docu mini-series by filmmaker Anthony “Rory” Tran.

Starring Erin Wilkin (Obliquity: Imagery of the Unknown) and her honey Randy Roy with San Diego friend Adrianne, the colorful adventure includes classic California drives (with a gorgeous sunset and mountain view), a windy beach adventure, dipping toes in the Pacific Ocean, chasing seagulls, quick conversations and more in OC and LA County. And then comes conflict from Erin.

At this point in the adventure, Erin has landed on the west coast, traveled downtown at The Pike, and has had some tipsy moments (and also some rather bitchy moments) while being filmed. Knowing she had the opportunity to stay at long-term friend Rory’s place for free and in return would be in season 2 and give him Cincinnati favorites like Skyline chili cans, Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce and Grippo’s BBQ chips, she sure started distancing herself from any interaction on camera and it becomes apparent midway through this episode when Rory asks for a sunset photo with her.

Is this is the beginning of the end for season 2? Either way, this episode is filled with surprise and magic. And the birds! – a stellar connection to the original short My Vacation In Cincinnati is amongst the fun.

Episode 2 “DTLB” Takes #MVILA2 On A New Adventure to The Loop

Now that the season 2 intro is out, it’s time for the tripsters to take an adventure on Ocean Blvd with a psychedelic journey taking us to colorful downtown Long Beach, California – where Tran currently lives – making episode 2 titled “DTLB” an unforgettable experience.

In season 1, our visit to Long Beach included the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Rainbow Harbor tour, and a look at the Queen Mary. This time, it’s nightlife in LB with a visit to The Federal Bar, Rock Bottom Brewery, the Grand Prix fiber optic landmark The Loop and more as Erin enjoys her 4/20 evening in LA County while having a blazin’ good time!

Viewers get to see the Obliquity actress get a little tipsy, similarly to what we saw in season 1 when Alicia, Trippy T and Legend go to Venice Beach. The “liquid courage” takes her and Randy around the beautiful rainbow city, sharing moments that remind us of the original My Vacation In Cincinnati – the short film about a couple who wins tickets to Cincinnati, Ohio – as Erin points out all the unique scenery and even asks to be put on top of The Loop. Daring!

The memorable adventure of My Vacation In LA returns today with a new season featuring Erin Wilkin (Obliquity: Imagery of the Unknown), Ashley Hernandez (Mæry Queens, My Vacation In LA – Top 10 Countdown) and director, producer, filmmaker, actor, singer, songwriter, rapper Anthony “Rory” Tran as the gang take us on a new trip in spots like Sunset Blvd, Union Station, Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Seal Beach, DTLB and more.

The sequel docu miniseries spin-off to My Vacation In Cincinnati goes beyond what season 1 of last year’s My Vacation In LA had with even more drama, travels, comedy and more plus, mentions of Erin’s role in Trippy Tran Films’ debut feature film coming soon. And it premiers exactly a year after the travels took place here on April 20th.

What’s not only exciting is the adventure, but all the music that was submitted for this season. Artists like Cat Magick, The Radio Broadcast, Renegades of Bass, Amy Cooper, Tronnica, Kodak859, Dustin Britton, The Comatoads and more signed up to compliment the show’s soundtrack.

Filmmaker/actor/singer/rapper Anthony “Rory Man” Tran aka Trippy T has lived in LA since St. Patrick’s Day of 2014. Since then, several videos, photos and amazing journeys have taken place by this charismatic and charming young talent. Now with snapchat saving stories and being the current “go-to” social media platform, these adventures are being released and it’s not a vacation it’s the real deal.

From a trip to Monterey, CA on the 17 Mile Run, Memorial Day at West Beach in Laguna, being the official videographer at OC Pride Fest with RuPaul’s Drag RACE stars Courtney Act, Gia Gunn and Laganja Estranja and viral pop superstar Steve Grand to adventures out and about in Burbank and more, the My Real Life In LA series will be posted all over http://youtube.com/trippytran as opposed to the pro channel YouTube.com/TrippyTranFilms since they are recorded with a cell phone. SoCal just got sunnier with the new docu mini-series My Vacation In LA which premiered this past February. Now Californians Ash Nicole and Charlie Harris are counting down the candid, the monumental, the hilarious, the zany, the uniquely beautiful and interesting travel moments plus, our special guest hosts show us plenty of fun surprises sprinkled all across this journey ever so sweetly- and it debuts here at Trippy Tran Films. The dramedy of a trio traveling was a quiet smash amongst Cincinnati residents with the film My Vacation In Cincinnati when it premiered in the 48 Hour Film Festival 2012 starring the late Chris Corman. The short, being mostly an improv film with 5 locations in 2 days, was based on a screenplay by Shane Stephens (who played the outrageous magician, Tom Rococo.) The film received a director’s cut after the competition and promoted local bands and artists.

Throughout the process of completing our debut feature film, the psych thriller Obliquity: Imagery of the Unknown, writer/director Anthony ‘Rory’ Tran (who now lives in L.A.) was editing bonus features for MVIC (My Vacation In Cincinnati) when Alicia became his first Ohio visitor on the west coast. They made a joke about filming their adventure traveling all over LA (and the OC too with Knott’s Berry Farm) making a new series out of it to share with the world.

‘My Vacation’ Series Gets A Blast of New Adventures from Cincinnati to Los Angeles

When the short film My Vacation In Cincinnati premiered at the 48 Hour Film Festival, it became a hit for its quirky dramedy at a B&B (Bed & Breakfast) when a couple wins a radio contest to see their favorite rock band. Written by Shane Stephens and filmed in 2012, the cast mostly did improv with the extreme time constraint traveling to 5 different locations all over the Nati. Starring Obliquity actor Chris Corman, the movie inspired the docu mini-series 3 years later with My Vacation In LA which released 7 episodes this past February in 2016.

With a Top 10 Countdown being released soon for MVILA starring MÆRY QUEENS actress Ash Nicole, a season 2 has also been announced starring another Obliquity actress, Erin Wilkin. Not only are we preparing season 2, but My Vacation In Cincinnati 2 has been announced as well and it features singer/rapper Trippy T aka Rory Man from MVILA seasons 1 and 2 and Alicia from season 1. These new adventures take Rory to a reunion for 2 weeks after he moved 2 years and 2 months prior to LA, returning back home since the earnest move.

Without revealing too many details, My Vacation In Cincinnati 2 features actresses like Tia Casey from Obliquity, Christina Murnen star of Duality, Tani Bhatnagar from Coexist, and Ren Hicks writer of His Name Is Walter and star of Wreckfest, plus talent from the Obliquity soundtrack including Dustin James and Maliz Pop. This is one reunion you don’t want to miss!

New Mini-Series ‘My Vacation In LA’ is a Docu-Sequel to ‘My Vacation In Cincinnati’

February is here with a new mini-series from TTF. From one hot spot to the next, take an adventurous trip with Alicia, Legend and Trippy T as they travel the west coast seeking beaches and fun as they bring a whole lot of Midwest and Cincinnati-tude to beautiful Los Angeles, California.

Alicia has never been to California, let alone southern California (hello, the spot to be!) When her friend Rory (Trippy T, Anthony Rory Tran AKA the Trippy Tran Man, founder of Trippy Tran Films LLC) moves to pursue his film and acting career in Hollywood, she knew she had to see him again and spend time with him and his bud Legend on the SoCal coast.

Rory, Alicia and Legend planned a full week of adventure including visting various beaches like the Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Long Beach boat rides and the aquarium, plus, WeHo, Knott’s Berry Farm, Hollywood Star Tours, wax museums, a taping of Comedy Central’s @Midnight, In N’ Out and more. See what fun they all get into as they explore Greater Los Angeles when it premiers here at TrippyTranFilms.com on Friday, February 5, 2016.

The mini-series is a spin-off to Trippy Tran Films’ 2012 short My Vacation In Cincinnati which stars the late Chris Corman (who passed in 2015) and ex-army Seattle-lite Amanda Eichelberger.

There are references and more to MVIC but MVILA is not a movie per se. It is more of a documented adventure with interviews, sights, travel, fun facts (like did you know The Pacific Wheel is the only solar powered Ferris wheel in the world!?) Plus, there are even important topics discussed amongst the vacationers like salt water resources – all sprinkled throughout this unique adventure.

SoCal just got sunnier!

This documentary-style mini-series will be split into 7 segments for each day of the adventure. The 2-part finale will release on February 29th.

Zachary Gordon Directs New Kids Series ‘PALS’ Premiering 2016

Have you ever had a friend who is with you until the end of time? PALS explores the adventure of kids learning, living and growing as they face obstacles in their life. The new tv mini-series is directed by Zachary Gordon, who, as a kid himself, was featured on Disney. The project was created by charismatic writer/producer Marci Richmond-Herrera, who is also a recording artist (listen to her on iTunes.)

The exciting new kids show is sure to bring fun adventure and good moral value when it premiers in January 2016 by Benmark Productions. With an adorable cast featuring child actor Zackary Arthur (making his major-motion picture debut also this January with The 5th Wave – a film starring Liev Schreiber and Chloë Grace Moretz) plus, a handful of more rising child actor stars including Julia Butters, Anthony Lapenna, Mia Komsky and Talitha Bateman, PALS is going to be a new show kids and adults are going to love.

PALS marks Zachary Gordon’s directorial debut. Assistant director Bobby Duncan, camera operator Anthony Tran (owner/director of Trippy Tran Films), best boy Keith “Legend” Webb and production assistant Matthew Mardo are also a few of the crew members that helped make PALS come to life. David Arquette also contributed crew to the project.

Cincinnati Zombie Walk Videos Feature Crazy Special FX and a Badass Nemesis Replica

Put on your Halloween hats and take a walk with zombies in our latest ‘green clips’ Cincinnati Zombie Walk 2012 motif. And let’s be honest here: Times have changed and people still can’t get enough of zombies! So much to the point where it seems to be a favorite amongst several Generation X.

Whether you love the blood, gore, pretending you’re dead, the amazing (or silly) makeup effects, or maybe you are annoyed that people are literally becoming zombies in our society. Well one things for sure,  you can’t deny a Zombie Walk isn’t super badass and this one in Cincinnati, OH features Resident Evil favorite baddie Nemesis with giant guns and a group of the S.T.A.R.S. – a team of people who base their life to destroy zombies (no joke!) as they fight them off at Fountain Square!

Adults and children alike enjoy the excitement of going around historic downtown Cincinnati – birthplace of Steven Spielberg and where movies such as Ides of March, James Franco and Mariah Carey have made directorial marks, plus that is where founder Anthony Tran of Trippy Tran Films is from!
